So unfortunately with the landscape of modern art and artists, I have to protect myself AND protect you as my client. So this is necessary to put here!
Purchase, payment, and acknowledgement of agreement you are stating that you have read through this, and that you agree to the terms listed below.
I will work under the assumption that upon request of my services, you have read through my ToS!PAYMENT INFO
All payments will be made through paypal; USD only!PAYMENT PLANS MUST BE DISCUSSED BEFORE WORK BEGINS ON A PIECE!!!
Any piece below 100$, payment will be expected in full once work on piece has begun. For pieces over 100$, payment plans are available, but we will discuss those details before work begins on a piece.REFUND
You will receive a full refund if I am unable to complete your piece for any reason!
A refund may be granted UP UNTIL I have begun coloring a piece.
After the sketching process is complete, you will be able to receive a 60% refund.
Once lining/Inking has been completed, you will be able to receive a 40% refund.If a refund is requested and honored, you will not be able to use any of the art done for you until that point.GENERAL GUIDELINES

DISCLAIMER(S)If I have proof of constant contact explaining why a piece may be taking me awhile longer than normal (typical for very detail intensive pieces/paintings/etc) and you are unsatisfied with the length of time a commission has taken, you will not be liable for a refund, as I have let you know I am still working on a commission, but at my own pace! I hope you can understand my reasoning on this!PROCESS

REFERENCE GUIDELINES
After payment is received, I will start working and send an initial sketch (or a couple options), so you can approve and inquire about adjustments if necessary. I will show you the work process a few times until completion!! Upon request I may also record a speedpaint! (This will be an extra 20$, please reference commission sheet for details.)Minor changes are possible at any stage (small details, colors). If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the painting (e.g. change pose), I may charge a 25% extra. This includes changing the color palette, hair changes, things like that!Size is usually A4, delivered in PNG file format unless otherwise requested!Prices may vary for larger or smaller artworks especially regarding traditional art.Depending on the complication of the commission it may take anywhere from a few hours up to 1-3 weeks, and a MONTH AT MOST! If delays arise, you will be notified ASAP!If you are giving me a reference sheet that is anything other than a digital, full body, UNSHADED reference sheet, I ask that you do your best to communicate differences you're wanting in the final product BEFORE work begins!!Please provide all the necessary reference materials for your piece. The more info the better, references, colors, desired elements, etc. Written references are fine. Please be as specific as possible when ordering. I love to work off of artistic freedom when possible, but if you are wanting something exact, I will need exact information.The prices I have specified are only used as guidelines. It depends on what you’re after and which level of detailing you want that will determine the final price point!
I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, please don’t take it personally.PLEASE INQUIRE ON REVISIONS AND EDITS TO A PIECE BEFORE INKING AND COLORING BEGINS!!If you request a change be made after that (and it's big enough) I will have to add a fee!TIME FRAME(pre. mentioned in Process!) A Commission can take me anywhere from a few hours to 1-4 weeks and typically up to a month!! You will be notified of any changes or delays with your commission directly ASAP!Deadlines are acceptable but must be inquired and discussed before payment! A minimum of 7 days from the time of ordering is required.
Gentle reminders every now and then are acceptable!! Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions regarding your commission!USE, REGULATIONS, COPYRIGHT & PROHIBITIONS
You may use your commissioned artwork for personal use ONLY. NO COMMERCIAL USE, AT ALL UNLESS DISCUSSED! You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc. You can make prints for personal use!DO NOT RUN YOUR PURCHASED ARTWORK THROUGH AI. IF I FIND OUT THIS HAS HAPPENED, WE ARE GONNA GO TO COURT!!!Feel free to crop the art to use for icons, banners, badges, tattoos, etc. Try not to remove my signature though if you can help it!You may repost the commission onto your social media, but please credit me!If you sell your character/art, I ask that you not charge more than what you charged me, especially if I created the characters reference sheet!You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my labor/time and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork (unless a physical copy was discussed!) I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.If you’d like the commission to remain private (not ever published anywhere), PLEASE COMMUNICATE THIS WITH ME BEFORE PURCHASING!T.o.S of Milky Curl
